VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. We have booked this house for a football tournament organized which has been cancelled given the corona virus. (march 20-22 of 2020) Being this type or reunions one to avoid according to the dutch government, and we being very responsible with the health of our families, have cancelled the booking. HOWEVER, the owners of this place DID not accept the cancellation and charged us 95% Of the stay. Dear followers of this page, do you judge this as an act of understanding the global health circumstances? the owner did not even offer the possibility to change the date,,, he asked for 100% pay of a second booking if the date was changed.... Planning to come to The Stolp? I WOULD THINK TWICE, given the unfair customer behavior of the owners.... Be careful what to expect ! and read well the booking document... they will return 95% of the payment only if you cancel 12 months in advance ! what a joke !!
